- MBA - Marketing - Preferred
- fresh to 5 years in Business Development, Engineering Sales, Industrial Projects, Commercial, Contracts, or Project Development
- Strong understanding of technical products, plants, and machinery
- Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of proposals, contracts, and business correspondence
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
- Confident, professional, and client-focused personality
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Leadership potential with a results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
