Our engineering team at KARSAZ (PVT.) LTD visited Oil & Gas Development Company Ltd. Pakistan to perform a comprehensive fault diagnosis on the Allison Transmission 4000 Series installed in a Kenworth Truck & Bowzer equipped with a CAT C15 engine.
Using Allison DOC software, we successfully identified and cleared the existing faults. We also reset the adaptive shift settings to restore optimal transmission performance. In addition to this, our team carried out a detailed manual inspection, cleaning connectors, checked harnesses and verifying sensor positions as per the Allison troubleshooting manual. A final test drive confirmed that the gear shifts were once again smooth and precise.
