Karsaz Pvt Ltd observed the World Day for Safety and Health at Work with a dedicated session aimed at reinforcing the importance of cultivating a strong safety culture. The session emphasized not only workplace safety but also the overall well-being of individuals beyond the professional environment. Through interactive discussions, engaging safety activities, and team-based exercises, employees were encouraged to actively participate and enhance their awareness of safety practices. A key highlight of the event was the award ceremony, where Site Incharges were recognized for their exceptional commitment and consistent efforts in upholding safety standards across projects. Congratulations are also extended to the winning team for their enthusiasm, collaboration, and commendable performance during the activities. The purpose of the session was to ensure that every new member clearly understands: What workplace safety means Key safety terms and basic hazard awareness Why safety is important in every workplace, even in an office environment Their role and responsibility in maintaining a safe and healthy working culture In addition, the work ethics portion of the session was aimed at developing Professional behavior Respectful communication and teamwork Time management and discipline A strong personality through consistent work ethics. To make the session more interactive and enjoyable, I also conducted a short and fun assessment at the end regarding their understanding of safety and professionalism.
