Engineering Coordinator
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with project sites, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist the Line Manager in planning and executing day-to-day engineering activities.
- Maintain daily activity logs and provide regular updates to the Line Manager.
- Prepare monthly, semi-annual, and annual performance reports for field teams.
- Maintain accurate and organized soft and hard filing systems.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, HR, Business Development, Customer Support, and other relevant departments for smooth execution of activities.
- Serve as the departmental focal person between Head Office, field teams, and project sites.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with client POCs through calls, emails, letters, and official correspondence.
- Monitor and follow up on assigned activities to ensure timely completion.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager / HOD.
- BE - Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
- Fresh Graduates – 2 Years
- Strong reporting, documentation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Sound understanding of engineering principles, standards, and practices.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering equipment relevant to the assigned domain.
