Karsaz (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Controller to join our Engineering team in Karachi.
The Finance Controller will play a key role in project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial performance management, while providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Cost Control, Engineering Finance, Manufacturing, or Industrial Accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • ACCA / CMA / CIMA / CA Inter will be an advantage
  • Strong command of MS Excel, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
  • ERP experience (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics) is required
  • Power BI knowledge will be an advantage
Must Have
  • Prepare project feasibility studies, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and variances
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, wastage, and inefficiencies
  • Manage MIS reporting, financial analysis, and cost controls
  • Support inventory, receivables, payables, and accounting controls
  • Provide actionable financial insights for informed decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Accounts teams
