Sales Coordinators (Sales & Marketing)

Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible to Perform Supply Chain Operations i.e.:

  • Responsible to prepare Databases for Foreign, Local Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, clearing agents etc., and stays up-to-date of local market conditions & trends.
  • Placing orders with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery including relationship management with existing suppliers and sourcing new ones for continuous improvement.
  • Receives and arrange invoices from suppliers and ensures they are paid in timely fashion based on established criteria.
  • Maintains all procurement related registers and files up-to-date and regularly update Status of Bid to Suppliers/Customer for better coordination.
  • Taking approval including: tracking documents for approvals, obtaining signatures on Payment request for principals and other documents required to complete the transactions.
  • Ensure parts and materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time for production and/or field and customer service.
  • Assist manager or senior for the complete coordination of Shipment handling.
  • Cutting any waste and unnecessary costs to create a streamlined process.
  • Assist manager or senior for the complete process of Stock management.
  • Foster close working relationships with associated departments e.g. Sales & Marketing, Finance & Engineering/After Sales.
  • Proper filling of inquiries, orders, delivery challan, invoices & payment evidences etc.
  • Continually improve purchasing methods and drive down external spend & includes supplier visits in Work schedule.

2. Effectively generate suggestions, non-conformities or complain through Corrective Action Request Form.


Sales & Marketing Executive

Department :   Supply Chain

Reporting to:  Asst. Manager Sales

Gender :  Female

Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible to Prepare following documentation for Supply Chain department

  • Client Databases.
  • Quotation/s for customers, Order acknowledgment.
  • Daily, Monthly, quarterly & Annual closing of supply chain Sales Activity.
  • Appropriate entries in Sales Register (Updated version must be archived on centralized location).
  • Any other documentation (if required).
  • 2. Coordination & follow-up with customers for following:

  • Follow-up for New Inquires previously submitted proposals.
  • Coordinate with customer if they are facing any issues related with supplies, delays in proposal submission etc. & communicate same to respective person for their immediate action.
  • Payment follow-up.
  • 3. Record Keeping

  • Proper filling of inquiries, orders, delivery challan, invoices & payment evidences etc.
  • 4. Task/Action Planning and Sales Target Achievement:.

  • Prepare quarterly/Monthly action plan & weekly task plan for smooth execution of work.
  • Participate in the achievement of departmental Sales Targets.
  • 5. Any other task assigned by departmental Head or Seniors .

Sales Executive

Department :   Supply Chain

Reporting to:  Asst. Manager Sales

Gender :  Male

Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible to Assist AM Sales in preparation of following:

  • Customer & site visits for collection of required data for Sales Action Plans.
  • Responsible to Prepare Database of all clients related with Spare Parts, collection of existing equipment data from related customer.
  • Follow-up with customers for inquiries, orders, payment recoveries, deliveries and clarifications through visit/calls etc.
  • Preparation of Quotations/tenders & Sales register entries.
  • Compilation of Periodical Activity Reporting .
  • Ensure proper filling of inquiries, orders, delivery challan, invoices & payment evidences etc.
  • Assist senior for the brand promotions & Sales i.e. Allisson transmission Parts, Bridon wire ropes, Bobcat & other equipment parts.
  • Closely working with customer/s for their Annual procurement planning and forward to procurement department for initial working.
  • Digital Library management .
  • 2. Sales Target Achievement .

Receptionist

Department :  Administration

Reporting to:  Admin & HR

Gender :  Female

Job Responsibilities :

  • Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering the switchboard, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mails/deliveries/couriers.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area/office by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist Admin & HR department.
